Stephanie Rachelle
Stephanie Rachelle is a Pilates and sculpt instructor with over 12 years of experience in the wellness industry. Trained in mat Pilates through Revival Pilates, with additional training in classical and contemporary reformer Pilates as well as Solidcore and Core360, her classes focus on time under tension, muscular endurance, and intentional movement.
With a background in lymphatic drainage and recovery-based wellness, Stephanie brings a recovery-aware approach to intense training, helping clients build strength, endurance, and resilience.
Ilse
Ilse is a certified dance fitness instructor with Latina Tribe, originally from Monterrey, Mexico. With a lifelong passion for dance, she’s been moving to the rhythm since she was a little girl—and now she brings that energy into every class she teaches.
Her classes are more than just a workout—they’re a space to feel confident, powerful, and fully yourself. Rooted in women empowerment and community, Ilse creates an environment where you can let go, connect, and move freely.
